Blonde and delicate beer, with an intense hopping. Grassy with a tropical fruit taste. We produced this beer in collaboration with Brewberry brewery, for the italian ska-punk band Punkreas.

Rye 3
American IPA - 6,2%
Rye3 does not aim to be a balanced beer, it want to show its character. You will see antique gold, good clearness, and it's white and persistent foam. New generations hops from Yakima valley express themself in a citrusy and herbaceous impact yielding the scene to fruity and flowery notes. In the mouth, the opening is sweet, the ending is dry and go with a long and refreshing bitterness.

Furies' Trip
Tripel 9,2%
Furies' trip nose is rich, full and persistent. It opens on fruity notes, both fresh and ripened fruits, nuts and spices, flowers and some toffee notes. The mouth feeling is mellow: sweet, full and round, candied fruit and biscuits dancing on the full body. The ending is surprising and reveals the wild character of this beer: dry, determined with a light but perceptible bitterness closing your experience.

A kòlsch made in Piacenza, in collaboration with Retorto Brewery. Classic malty notes of kòlsch beers, a rich and citric aroma, slightly spicy thanks to the dry hopping. A german style beer, even if far from the Koln classic canons. The final dryness, togehter with the organoleptic characteristics, make this beer a great masterpiece.

Our Bitter Ale, aged for 10 months in Gutturnio Superiore Barattieri wine barrels, with pomegranate and Brettanomyces Bruxellensis. A medium-bodied beer with intriguing oxidation, wooden and earthy notes. A distinctive, but pleasant sourness, with fresh pomegranate hints.
Left to rest in barrels for 15 months.

Our Furies' Trip Tripel beer, aged for 13 months in Bowmore whisky barrels. Together with yellow fruits, biscuits and dry fruits notes, the barrel aged donates peat, wood, nut and tobacco hints to this Tripel whisky aged beer. A real gem, with a fantastic complexity, a good dryness and a warm, alcoholic heart.
