Borgata è una Bitter Ale caratterizzata da un equilibrio interessante tra dolce e amaro. Intensa nelle sue note di malto, questa birra offre anche piacevoli note di caramello. L'uso di luppoli nobili le conferisce un corpo pieno, bilanciato da toni freschi ed erbacei, rendendola estremamente bevibile.
